firm Infond Holding confirmed for STA that it called on its creditor banks to
work together if they decide to sell their stakes in retailer Mercator and
beverage maker Pivovarna Lasko seized as collateral for unpaid loans.
NLB
announced an auction for a 23.51% stake in beverage group Pivovarna Lasko and a
10.75% stake in retailer Mercator on 19 June. The deadline for bids runs out
tomorrow.

EBRD is currently considering financing a project in Šibenik to extend the

the face of economic crisis, Slovenian flag carrier Adria Airways said that in
spite of hard conditions it did not expect liquidity problems in 2009. The
company changed its business plan for this year, as it expects that its earnings
before interest and tax (EBIT) will be EUR 3.2m in the red at the end of the
year.Compared
to the initial business plan, the revised plan envisages 16% lower revenues and
a 15% decrease in operation
costs.

Ugovor o kupovini 75% akcija hotela potpisan je u
Budvi i njime se "Korston grupa" obavezala da će vraćati kredit
budvanskog hotelskog preduzeća od 37 mil EUR", kazao je Ivančević.
- Preostalih 25% akcija hotela ostalo je u
vlasništvu budvanske agencije "Adriatic experess". Predstavnik te
agencije biće direktor preduzeća, dok će "Korston grupa" preuzeti
poslove menadžmenta - kazao je Ivančević.
"Korston grupa", koja poseduje hotel i kockarnicu u
Moskvi, odlučila je da preseli kocarski biznis u Crnu Goru, jer je od
početka jula u Rusiji kockanje ograničeno na četiri oblasti, uz
obrazloženje da je "kockarski biznis štetan za rusko društvo".
Ivančević je naveo da ugovor o kupovini većinskog
paketa akcija predviđa i obavezu "Korston grupe" da investira u
proširenje hotelskih kapaciteta.
Budvanski hotel ima 241 sobu i apartman, restorane,
kazino i sale za kongrese, a planskom dokumentacijom moguće je
proširenje hotela za još 20.000 m2.
Ivančević je precizirao da će "Korston grupa"
postojeći kazino "pretvoriti u zabavni centar u okviru koga će biti
igre na sreću".
On je ocenio da će se tim aranžmanom obezbediti
popunjenost hotela tokom cele godine i dodao da ruska kompanija u "ovom
trenutku ima 6.000 klijenata iz Rusije koji čekaju na prve čarter
letove ka Crnoj Gori".
Ivančević je dodao da su u toku razgovori sa
crnogorskim avio-prevoznikom "Montenegro Airlines" za uspostavljanje
čarter letova iz Italije i Izraela.
Nadležni državni organi Crne Gore su uoči
potpisivanja ugovora ocenili da "ne bi trebalo strahovati od toga što
može doći uz kocakrski biznis, već da uz dobru pripremu i striktno
poštovanje zakona" on može "dopuniti turističku ponudu i otvoriti nova
radna mesta".

The figures on GDP growth in the first quarter
of this year had been awaited with some trepidation. Heavily dependent on
investment spending and exports, Slovenia’s economy was bound
to suffer a sharp slowdown, register a second consecutive quarter of
negative economic growth and thus slip into the recession. Few were,
however, prepared for the news that the economy contracted by 8.5 percent
in the first three months of this year compared to the same period of
2008.

Group Q2 2009 sales revenues amounted to 478 million EUR and increased by 2% in
comparison to Q2 2008. The largest growth of 10% Krka archived in region of
Central Europe where Krka sold 29% of all its products and 25% in Eastern Europe where growth was a bit negative in last
quarter. Beside that shareholders approved 1,05 EUR gross dividend payout or
15,4% more than in 2008;

Evropska investiciona banka (EIB) i crnogorska vlada potpisali su danas ugovor o garanciji za kredit vredan 91 milion evra koji će biti pozajmljen crnogorskim poslovnim bankama za finansiranje projekata malih i srednjih preduzeća. Opširnije...
Kredit je obezbedila EIB, garancije je dalo crnogorsko ministarstvo
finansija, a kredit će se realizovati posredstvom devet od 11
komercijalnih banaka u Crnoj Gori.
Ugovor su u Podgorici potpisali potpredsednik EIB-a Dario Skanapieko i crnogorski ministar finansija Igor Lukšić.
Na osnovu procene EIB-a vlada je izdala garancije za kredit
Crnogorskoj komercijalnoj banci (CKB) u iznosu od 33 miliona evra, Hipo
Alpe Adria banci pet miliona, NLB Montenegro banci 20, Podgoričkoj 7
miliona evra, Atlasmont banci devet miliona evra i Oportrjuniti koja
raspolaže sa šest miliona evra.
Kredit će se realizovati i posredstvom Hipotekrane banke koja će
raspolagati sa cetiri miliona evra, Komercijalne banke Budva u iznosu
od tri i Frst Fajnenšal banke (First Financial Bank) kojoj je
opređeljeno dva miliona evra.
Grejs period za odobrena sredstva je četiri, odnosno pet godina,
ukoliko se radi o infrastrukturnom projektu, dok je period otplate
kredita 12, odnosno 15 godina za infrastrukturne projekte.
Potpredsednik crnogorske vlade i ministar finansija Igor Lukšić
ocenio je da će taj kreditni aranžman "povećati kreditni potencijal
poslovnih banaka" i "unaprediti njihove bilansne sume, jer se radi o
vrlo povoljnim sredstvima".
Potpredsednik EIB-a Dario Skanapieko je kazao da će tim kreditom i
sa dodatnih 100 miliona evra, koje bi banke u naredne dve godine
trebalo da stave na raspolaganje za mala i srednja preduzeća, biti
"angažovano" oko šest odsto bruto domaćeg proizvoda.
Predstavnici vlade i EIB-a najavili su skoro potpisivanje ugovora o kreditu sa crnogorskim poslovnim bankama kojima je odobren.
Recesija u Grčkoj je blaža nego što je očekivano i privredna aktivnost će ove godine opasti četiri odsto, manje nego što je prognozirano, rekao ministar finansija Jorgos Papkonastantinu.
Zagreb –– Ilirika Investments, pokrenuće na jesen novi fond - Ilirika Gold koji će isključivo ulagati u zlato i rudnike zlata. To će biti prvi fond tog tipa u Hrvatskoj, a sada čeka na licencu za rad od Hrvatske agencije za nadzor finansijskih usluga (Hanfa), izjavio je za magazin Banka predsednik Uprave Ilirike Investmentsa Ivan Ivin.
Madrid –– Španija je uspešno prodala dužničke obveznice u ukupnom iznosu od 5,51 milijardu evra iako je planirala da proda obveznice u obimu od 4,5 do 5,5 milijardi evra. Pri tome su te hartije od vrednosti, sa rokom dospeća od 12 i 18 meseci, nakon emisije, naišle na izuzetno interesovanje kupaca. Dobit od tih obveznica je, u odnosu na prethodnu emisiju, značajno opala, što je smanjilo napetost zbog finansiranja duga nekih zemalja evrozone.
Zagreb –– Hapšenje nekadašnjeg prvog čoveka Hipo banke Volfganga Kulterera uzbunilo je i hrvatsku javnost, ali i državni vrh te zemlje. "Za nas je jako važno da se taj, rekla bih ovako slikovito, gnojni čir, konačno rastvori i da vidimo o čemu se tu radi", izjavila je Jadranka Kosor. Hrvatska premijerka kaže da je uverena da će hrvatsko državno tužilaštvo biti uključeno u istragu o slučaju bivšeg šefa banke Hipo Alpe Adrija Volfganga Kulterera uhapšenog u Austriji zbog nezakonitog poslovanja banke na Balkanu.
